About
Bios are always tricky. What’s a quick and concise way to present you with all the information you may or may not need to know about me?
I suppose I should tell you that I’m a trained actor. I’ve studied acting and creative practice up to MA level, trained with Acting Coach Scotland, developed further through improv, and have collaborated on a number of plays, short films, and sketches over the years.
You should also know that I’m based on the west coast of Scotland. I live in a windy little town with my partner and my dog, Howl, named after he of the Moving Castle.
Perhaps most importantly, I would like you to know that I believe deeply in the power of storytelling.
We all have stories, we all are stories. We move through the world on a thread of story; weaving and winding with the stories of others and of the land. Nothing gives me greater joy than crafting an authentic, entertaining performance that gives such stories life.
This is just as true when I’m recording a voiceover or narration for a client as it is when I sit down at a table to play a TTRPG with my friends.
If you have a story that needs a voice, then I would love to hear from you.
